Yes, our Chemworld Rust Citric should work great in that application.
To clean white rust from Galv. wall cladding above a flat roof area. OK to use bug sprayer to apply then scrub Rust CITRIC: Rust, Oxide, Scale, & Corrosion Removers - 5 Gallons
