If the oil is not going to be warmed and there is a chance that it will be pumped at ambient temperature we would recommend the Progressive cavity pump B70V-SR w/ Viton stator.

If is thin bodied dirty watery oil separate from the 15W40 oil then Aluminum would be a good pump tube for that.
