There are several possibilities like tube blockage or your injecting pressure not being high enough to overcome the pressure of the stream you are injecting into.
My pump is working but it seems to be back feeding into the tank what could cause this Stenner 85M Series - Fast Shipping from California to Flordia
The tank should be getting lower as the pump turns but it’s over flowing
