The only answer we can give without knowing more about the two different types of Antifreeze is that it depends.
For example you do not want to mix an Ethylene Glycol based Antifreeze with a Propylene Glycol based Antifreeze.
Also it can be easy to potentially easier to trouble shoot a system if Antifreeze isn't mixed.
