What is the shelf life of ChemWorld QK 406 Iron oxide cleaner?

I have a geothermic open system heat pump system. I need a product that will clean the heating/cooling heat exchange coils from iron-oxide buildup. The cleaning procedure is to pump a cleaning solution thru the system by circulating the produce with a circulation pump over a period of 8 hours, then flush the system with clean water. Can the QK 406 product be diluted with distilled water and if so, how much product should be added to 25 gallons of water? If QK 406 cannot be diluted, how much produce will be necessary to clean a home 5 Ton goethermic heat-pump?

The standard Shelf life for ChemWorld QK406 is one (1) year when properly stored under normal storage conditions. Beyond one (1) year the product efficacy may be compromised.

0.5 to 1.5% {4 to 12 lbs or 0.5 to 1.5 gals/100 gals system volume}
