I purchased drum pump set with 39 inch aluminum tube is too tall for US 55 Gallon drum?

Next size down is 27 inch, but won't this leave too much room and not empty contents of drum. US standard 55 Gallon drum is approximately 34-3/4 in. inside height. Do you have adjustable tubes? or how do you measure tube height to get correct height to empty entire drum contents?

Lutz Pumps does not offer adjustable tubes. You are correct a standard US drum is 35" tall.
The extra inches of the pump tube help to get all liquids out of the barrels.
