Yes, the MALTB10 Tubing is official Stenner material. It's the same tubing as the shorter options. The tubing is compatible with Chlorine, in regards to Acid it would depend on the type and strength of the Acid.

Is this the same tubing as your 100' length. You say it is manufactured by Stenner Pump CO? Ok for Chlorine/Acid?
