Is dilution by weight or by volume? Is the solution percentage the amount of glycol or the amount of water?
20% to 50% Premixed Corrosion Inhibited Propylene Glycol - 55 Gallons
I am assuming a 20% solution means 20% glycol, 80% water (by volume). Is this correct? I need a 3:2 glycol to water ratio (by volume) to use in a chiller for automotive test equipment. Should I request a 60% solution? I see the highest value is 50%.

All our blends are by weight. The percentage indicates the amount of Glycol in the mixture.
