The amount of Rust Citric you need depends on two things:
1. The way you want to apply the product.
2. The levels of Rust you are dealing with.
Generally you need somewhere between 2% - 15% of product.
You might be able to reuse it but it also depends on the application and how much Rust you have to clean.
