Here is the official information from the instruction sheet of the Lactic Acid Test Kit:
Step 3: Add Sodium Hydroxide 0.25N (SH6220)
One drop at a time, swirling after each drop.
Count the number of drops until the sample color changes from clear to pink. The endpoint occurs with a single drop.
Titrate with the bottle held vertically, not at an angle.
Allow the drops to form uniformly, do not touch the dropper tip to the test vial.
Add the drops slowly toward the endpoint.
Multiply the number of drops by 0.1 to obtain the percent of Lactic Acid. # drops x 0.1 = % Lactic Acid
