Yes it is possible to mix Dowfrost and Dowfrost HD but we strongly advise against it because it eliminates the advantages both products have.
Dowfrost is clear food grade Inhibited Propylene Glycol and Dowfrost HD is a heavy duty industrial grade Inhibited Propylene Glycol with a yellow/greenish color.
Blending the two together would create a mixture that's non food grade nor heavy duty.
